Our Kung Fu Kids classes are created to increase FOCUS, CONFIDENCE, RESPECT and FITNESS for kids 5-10 years old.

YMAA teaching two Kung Fu styles: Long Fist and White Crane.

What styles we learnLong Fist is a well-known Northern style using legs a lot:
jumping and kicking. It’s best in middle to long range
fighting and is effective and practical.

White Crane is a weak animal without much strength to fight. But it can defend itself very effectively. A Crane relies on 3 things:
jumping, powerful wings and pecking beak.

Yang’s Martial Arts Association (YMAA) is an international martial arts organization and dr.yang_.ymaa_.25.year_.anniversary-copycommunity that teaches traditional training, self-discipline, and martial morality. YMAA was established and lead by Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming.

Dr. Yang was born on 11th of August, 1946. As a child he learned much patience and endurance, growing up in Taiwan after World War 2. He came from a family of 9 children, and his family often went without food for days. But this did not make Dr. Yang giving up! He was one of the few students to go to college.Martial Morality Dr. Yang started his martial arts training in age of 15 and was student of many masters: Master Cheng, Gin-Gsao, Master Li, Mao-Ching and Master Kao Tao.

In 1982 he moved to Boston in USA and founded Yang’s Martial Arts Academy. In 1984, he gave up his engineering career to devote his time to writing, and teaching of Chinese martial arts. In 1986 Dr. Yang established YMAA Headquarters there.

The Head Instructor of YMAA OrientSport is Zbigniew “Zibi” Panasewicz.
